My Christian friends, God has been very kind to us. Because of that, I really want you to serve God with your whole life. Offer your bodies to Him as a living sacrifice. Serve Him with everything that you have and that will please Him. That is the true way to worship God. Romans 12:1 (Paraphrased)

Application (Note 1): An active effort to close the gap between one’s heart and the God it adores is worship at its best. The question is, what is a suitable effort considering Christ’s redemptive sacrifice on the cross? In Romans 12:1, Paul tells us that it is total surrender to the will of God. An offering up of ourselves as a living sacrifice to the Will of God. Taking our everyday, ordinary life, our sleeping, eating, going-to-work, and walking-around life and placing it before God as an offering.
