O Lord, my Lord, this is Your day. The Heavenly ordinance of rest, the open door of worship, the record of Jesus’ resurrection, the seal of the Sabbath to come. The day when saints contending and triumphant unite in endless song.

I bless Thee for the throne of grace, the unfettered access to it through the blood of Jesus. That the veil is torn asunder and I can enter your throne room and find You ready to hear, waiting to be gracious, inviting me to pour out my needs, encouraging my desires, promising to give more than I might dare to ask, hope or dream for.

It is the flame of my life to worship You, the crown and glory of my soul to adore You, heavenly pleasure to approach You. Give me power by the Spirit to help me worship now, that I may forget the world, be brought into fullness of life, be refreshed, comforted, edified, blessed. Amen
