This news about Jesus spread throughout Judea and the surrounding country. Luke 7:17 NIV

When Jesus brought a young man back to life, the people who saw it erupted and worshiped God. They couldn’t stay silent. They’d just seen a miracle happen right before their eyes. Some clapped. Some cheered. Some shouted for joy. Some fell on their faces in worship. That’s what happens when the Son of God is in your midst and He’s called off a funeral procession.

Then what happened? The news of Jesus spread like wildfire! Seeing God’s resurrection power changes everything, and you suddenly become eager to tell everyone, “I’ve seen God raise a person from the dead!”

You may not feel like you have a story worth sharing, but if God has raised you from spiritual death into spiritual life, you have a story to share.

Prayer: God, when I think about how You have changed my life, I rejoice and recognize Your great faithfulness. Embolden me to share the Good News with those around me.
