For unto to us a child is born, to us a son is given; and the government shall be upon His shoulder, and His name shall be called Wonderful Counselor, Mighty God, Everlasting Father, Prince of Peace. Isaiah 9:6 ESV
Jesus isn’t God the Father in the Trinitarian sense. Isaiah is describing His eternal nature and role as the ultimate source of protection, guidance, and provision.
Jesus is the Alpha and the Omega, present in Genesis 1 and throughout the entire Bible, culminating in Revelation 22. His fatherhood reflects His role as the Father of Eternity who brought time into being and as the creator and source of all ages. He is the protector who never abandons His people, and a king ruling with everlasting compassion and authority. Everlasting Father.
