Use an app (recommended: ReadingPlan (pricejh.com)) or other pre-designed outline. Pick a reading plan (for instance a book in 90 days, entire Bible in 3 years, etc.) and then read at your own pace. Have a good commentary at hand (recommended: Moody Bible Commentary (‎978-0802428677)).
