As it relates to our friendship with God, each of us is as close to God as we choose to be. We have been invited into the presence of the King of the Universe. He has not disdained us. We are invited (Luke 14:15-24). And He has given us the instruments by which we enjoy communion and union with Him (Note 1).

It is up to us. Obedience brings the breakthrough.
