A Prayer of Repentance: Gracious Lord, we have great reason to humble ourselves before You because of the icy indifference of our unquickened hearts, the disorder of our lives, and the hold that worldly desires so often have upon us. Too often we have given in to desires and attitudes that we should have resisted, and we have neglected the duties You have called us to fulfill.
